Blending seamlessly and transparently with the villa’s natural surroundings, unifying the exterior with the contemporary and spacious interior, the design is characterized by sleek & defined lines.
The landscape mirrors balance, harmony, and relaxation, adorned with lush greenery, Zen-inspired pools, and water features on each level of the villa.
On ground floor level, the main entrance to the project gives access to the primary villa, a smaller villa, and a majlis interlinked by landscape elements, water features, and pools. This level comprises common living areas, and the upper floor includes all bedrooms, family rooms, and a pool above the majlis overlooking the lower-level pool. The main villa’s second floor features a studio and a pool while the smaller villa boasts a lush garden roof. The basement floor consists of parking spots, amenities, and technical areas.
