Dohatna Logistics Park is an industrial project implemented on an area of 500,000 sqm in Umm Shaharaine 1 in Umm Salal, Qatar. This project is sponsored by “Manateq”. Developed and managed by Ali Bin Ali Logistics W.L.L.
With a total built-up area of 108,000 sqm, this project mainly consists of the construction of different types of warehouses. A 25,928 sqm dry warehouse, a 71,560 sqm A/C warehouse, a 4,309 sqm chilled warehouse, a 2,873 sqm frozen warehouse, and a 3,019 sqm chemical warehouse. It also includes 1,551 sqm of retail outlets, 524 sqm of office space, and a 16,765 sqm labor accommodation area.
Besides, the facility has a car repair workshop, a sewage treatment plant, and an open yard for storing containers. It also has mosques, three gates with guard houses, and a 51,000-square-meter parking area.
Most importantly, the main purpose of executing this project was to meet the expectations of international, regional, and local customers alike by providing value-added storage facilities and supply chain services.
In addition, Dohatna Logistics Park leases ambient, temperature-controlled, frozen, chilled, chemical warehouses, and open-yard storage areas. The park also features 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), logistics operations consultancy, customs clearance, CO-packing, transportation solutions, and vehicle maintenance services.
