Located in Beirut’s posh Solidere neighborhood, the 28-story DAMAC Tower embodies luxury living in one of the city’s most sought-after locations. The tower rises in a neighborhood with upscale hotels, eateries, and shops close to the Beirut waterfront.

The project consists of four basement levels, which are founded on a natural soil excavation; the tower consists of a ground floor and twenty-eight upper floor levels constituting the superstructure.
The commercial area is located on the second-floor level, whereas the building floors are residential apartments.

The award-winning DAMAC Tower has a range of studios, one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. The interiors of these residences are designed using modern materials blended with Arabian accents. Each living space is meticulously created, using only the finest fixtures and fittings.

The residents including all family members enjoy upscale living with quick and easy access to the swimming pool at the ground level and underground parking, storage, and service facilities at the basement level.
