Waterfront City Dbayeh – Lebanon

Waterfront City Dbayeh, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Société Joseph G. Khoury et Fils Holding, stands as a testament to Erga Group’s commitment to architectural innovation and sustainable urban development. In collaboration with SB Architects, Erga Group co-conceptualized this expansive mixed-use community, strategically located along the Dbayeh coastline, approximately 15 kilometers north of Beirut.

Spanning over around 200,000 square meters, Waterfront City encompasses around 2,000 residential units, a 40,000-square-meter vibrant commercial district, and a business park. The development is centered around the Joseph Khoury Marina, the largest in Beirut, offering residents and visitors panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Erga Group led the architectural, engineering, and landscaping design development of the project, ensuring a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional design. The firm’s subsidiary, Erga Management, oversaw site supervision, maintaining the highest standards of construction and project execution.

Through meticulous planning and execution, Erga Group has transformed Waterfront City Dbayeh into a dynamic urban environment that seamlessly integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, setting a new benchmark for coastal developments in the region.
