The ground floor features elegant lobbies and a special restaurant, creating inviting spaces for residents and visitors alike. By keeping the ground level open, the project prioritizes green areas, fostering a sense of community and nature appreciation, especially for metro users. The exterior features striking façade designs with directional fins to reduce heat and provide privacy. Inside, a spacious void connects different levels, enhancing openness and connectivity.
