By the detailed master plan for Saifi’s “special policy” sector, Solidere has commissioned international architect François Spoerry and the Lebanese architectural engineering firm Erga Group to design a group of residential buildings consisting of 145 apartments with a built-up area of 31,000 square meters. These units have been meticulously designed to provide high-quality housing, not only through urban integration with preserved buildings, landscaped public squares, and open terraces, but also by emphasizing high efficiency and comfort levels, building system reliability, and maximizing housing value.
