In addition, it ranked first in the urban hotels category.
Concept and Design Vision
The project involved transforming an existing residential building into a luxury hospitality destination. However, the main challenge was to create a distinct identity. The design needed to stand out among surrounding office towers.
Therefore, the Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre was reimagined with a refined architectural language. It combines sophisticated metropolitan design with a strong visual presence. Moreover, the façade introduces a unique character that enhances the skyline of DIFC.
Architecture and Mixed-Use Development
The development offers a carefully planned mixed-use concept. It integrates hotel, office, and retail functions within one cohesive structure.
The project has a total built-up area of approximately 15,300 sqm. It includes two basement levels, a ground floor, and nine upper floors. As a result, the building ensures efficient circulation and premium spatial organization.
Facilities and Amenities
The Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre provides a wide range of luxury amenities. These facilities cater to both business and leisure guests.
The hotel features:
- 27 king rooms
- 6 executive suites
- 9 one-bedroom suites
- 1 presidential suite
In addition, the property includes premium lifestyle and hospitality spaces. These include all-day dining venues, specialty restaurants, and meeting halls. Furthermore, guests can enjoy a gym, spa, and swimming pool.
At the top level, a sky bar and cigar lounge offer panoramic city views. A terrace garden further enhances the guest experience.
