Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre is a 5-star boutique hotel located in the heart of the vibrant DIFC. It was named hotel of the year at the recent AHEAD MEA hospitality awards, and also topped the urban hotels’ category.
It was an existing residential building converted into nine floors of hotel rooms and suites. The challenge was to differentiate the hotel from the surrounding office buildings and to give it its own unique character with fine features and an extraordinary façade.
It was designed to be one of the region’s best-planned, providing sophisticated metropolitan design with a futuristic skyline offering a luxurious Hotel, Offices and Retail spaces with high quality finishes.
The project consists of a mixed-use development with a total built up area of approximately 15,300 sqm with 2 basement floors, a ground floor and 9 upper floors.
The building facilities comprise 27 king rooms, 6 executive suites, 9 one-bedroom suites and a presidential suite. The hotel includes a basement car park, administration offices, meeting halls, all day dining, specialty restaurants, a gym & spa with a swimming pool, a sky bar and cigar bar with a terrace garden.
