A defining architectural feature of Al Akaria Business Park is the “SNAKE” promenade—an organically shaped circulation spine that connects the upper and lower levels of the site. This lively feature adds movement, light, and water throughout the area, providing a rich experience while connecting walkways, service areas, and drop-off spots.
The project also includes diverse office typologies. These range from standalone headquarters to flexible home-office units. Thus, it supports different business needs. At the far end, a smaller office building ensures continuity. It also strengthens circulation between access points.
Architecturally, the design follows Salmani principles. The lower levels feature vertical stone cladding. In contrast, the upper levels use glazed façades.
As a result, the buildings gain natural light and transparency. At the same time, they reflect local identity and context.
