This stage consists of presenting a basic concept with sufficient information that includes the following:
- Conceptual plans, sections and elevations.
- Colored landscape plans.
- Mood board to depict the theme and character.
- Image boards for soft and hard landscape materials.
The detailed drawings that are submitted to the client at that stage include, but are not limited to:
- Hard and soft landscaping plans.
- Free standing landscape structures, pergolas, shade structures, pool deck and pool finishes.
- Irrigation system.
- Typical section and details.
- Soil grading plan.
- Plants selections.
