Al Salam Tower, situated along Sheikh Zayed Road, a prime area in the heart of Dubai’s business district, the Al Salam.
The tower is in close proximity to the World Trade Center and Exhibition Center, making it the ideal location for businesses, tourists, and residents working in the city.
The development consists of three separate towers that serve three functions to suit three different types of clients: an office building, a residential tower, and a Sheraton hotel.
The separate wings are joined at the base; it also serves as a communal welcome area While every tower features its own unique architectural style, each complements the other to create a harmonious design that gracefully blends with the contemporary surroundings.
Each tower includes its own independent entrance at ground level, where retail outlets and restaurants offer exceptional shopping and dining experiences for important events, whether business or social. The hotel’s grand banquet hall is the ideal venue for any occasion. The loft level features the hotel’s main entrance as well as the first set of offices.
The first and second floors house the reception area of the hotel and offices, while the residential tower is occupied by parking spaces, which in turn connect to a 12-story parking building. Parking spaces also cover the third and fourth floors; from the fifth to the top floor, the three towers emerge, benefiting from a partially open-air courtyard that offers resplendent views of the bustling city. Recreational needs are met with the installation of a deluxe swimming pool, which is located atop the parking building that is connected to the tower by an accessible pedestrian bridge.
Basement floors offer the hotel services and technical areas as well as ample parking space reflecting the dynamic nature of Dubai in its international environment The Al Salam Tower uses the latest construction and architectural techniques. The modern façade boasts the expert use of glass, which lends to its exceptional aesthetic appeal.
