Al Akaria Tilal Al Riyadh is a commercial mixed-use project with a built-up area of 54,769sqm located within Al Malqa District of Riyadh on the intersection of Muhammad Ibn Abdulaziz Ad Daghaythir Street and Abdullatif Bin Abdulmalik Al Shaikh Street.
The architectural vision for Al Akaria Tilal Al Riyadh revolves around a contemporary aesthetic, characterized by a striking curved dynamic shape with an engaging facade design enhancing transparency and connectivity with the surroundings. Spatial organization is meticulously planned, with the ground floor dedicated to retail spaces and food and beverage establishments while the upper floors is allocated for offices and wellness center and the two basement levels for parking and technical areas. Particular importance was given to landscaped areas that were thoughtfully integrated into the design of communal spaces in addition to pedestrian access, with many entrances being designed at all corners connecting the project to nearby residential buildings and the adjacent mosque.
In summary, the architectural vision for Al Akaria Tilal Al Riyadh seeks to harmonize form, functionality, connectivity, and community integration, promising a development that enriches the local environment and leaves a lasting impression.
