Located in the thriving Narjis District of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Al Akaria Business Park is a premier mixed-use development designed by Erga Group SAL Branch Co. The project redefines the traditional business environment by integrating diverse office typologies with curated food and beverage zones, green public spaces, and entertainment areas to create a vibrant and sustainable urban community.
At the heart of the master plan lies the SAHA, a central green courtyard conceived as the social and environmental core of the development. This open-air space serves as a natural gathering point, featuring landscaped gardens, outdoor meeting plazas, and leisure areas that promote well-being, productivity, and collaboration.
Connecting the upper and lower levels of the site is the “SNAKE”—a striking, organically shaped promenade that introduces movement, light, and water throughout the park. The design contrasts with the project’s cartesian layout, guiding visitors through a multi-sensory experience and linking various pedestrian, service, and drop-off zones.
The development also includes standalone office headquarters and clustered home-office units, each designed to reflect the individuality and modernity of its occupants. A smaller office building at the far end ensures continuity between upper and lower access points.
Architecturally, Al Akaria Business Park draws from Salmani design principles, incorporating vertical stone cladding at the lower levels and glazed façades above to ensure natural light and transparency. The material palette reflects the textures and tones of the Saudi desert, offering both contextual harmony and contemporary elegance.
